Produce
All grown here on the farm!
Red Granite Farm strives to bring you the best quality locally grown produce. We grow produce on 4+ acres, including a 30’x96′ high tunnel. Produce is harvested daily during the busy season and stored in our walk-in cooler or temperature controlled packing shed to ensure safe handling and to maximize freshness.
We sell our produce at the farm- check hours (they change seasonally). You can also order produce through our Produce Order Form and select the day and time you want to pick up! We are vendors at the Ames Main Street Farmers Market from mid-June through October each Saturday morning.
Honey from Beyer’s Bees is available at the farm and through the produce order form. Thank you for supporting local!
Gift Cards can be ordered on the Produce Order Form. We can mail them to the giver or recipient. Or, arrangements can be made to pick them up at the farm.
2025 Abundance Share Program
The Abundance Share Program is for produce pick-up in July, August, September and October, at the farm. Pay once in the spring and enjoy the abundance this summer. This program is great for those that have their own garden, and want to supplement, or for those that want to leave the gardening to us, but still want fresh, local produce.
Once a month pick-up is $160 if paid by cash or check-order on the Produce Order Form, and mail your check. $170 – pay with credit card on the Payments tab of our website.
Twice a month pick-up is $320 if paid by cash or check- order on the Produce Order Form, and mail your check. $330- pay with credit card on the Payments tab of our website.
Each share will include 4-5 different types of RGF fruits and veggies-selected by RGF- based on what’s the most abundant. The July share will be a $25 value. August, September and October shares will be a $45 value. Twice a month pick-ups can be picked up as a double once, or a single share in 2 separate pick-ups. A google form is sent out on Sunday evening each week, giving you the list of what is likely to be in the box that week. You then fill out the form letting us know what day and time you’d like to pick up, so we can have it all ready for you! Pick up is at RGF only (not the farmers market). You pick the day- Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. After hours pick-ups can be arranged.

We stock pure raw honey (in multiple sizes), comb honey and chunk honey during the season. Contact them directly to purchase Beyer’s Bees Honey from November-April.
