Garden Center Order Form

  • 2024 Pre-Order Garden Center Plants

    Pre-Order pick up dates are May 1st and 2nd from 9am-5pm. You may shop with us when you pick up your order. Payment is due at pick up. We will email everyone by Sunday, April 28th if there are any backorders or cancellations of plants.
  • Regular Spring Hours (after Opening Weekend) are Tuesday- Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-4.

  • Perennials

    Perennials are listed on our pricelist by their light requirements. The pricelist is a printable pdf. More info about each plant can be found on the garden center tab of our website.
  • Ex: Butterfly Milkweed (3), Wood's Blue Aster (1), etc.

  • Ornamental Grasses

    Ornamental Grasses are listed on our pricelist, which is a printable pdf. More info about each plant can be found on the garden center tab of our website.
  • Ex: Karl Foerester Grass (1), Prairie Dropseed (1), etc.

  • Clematis

    Clematis are listed on our pricelist, which is a printable pdf. More info about each plant can be found on the garden center tab of our website.
  • Ex: Sweet Autumn Clematis (1), Bees Jubilee Clematis (1), etc.

  • Shrubs

  • Small Fruits

    Small Fruits are listed on our pricelist, which is a printable pdf. Note: Honeyberry need another variety for pollination. All the varieties we offer can pollinate one another, but you do need 2 different varieties.

  • Gift Certificates

    Gift Certificates can be ordered here, and we will call you for payment and mailing information. Please note the amount you want on the card in the comments section. We can mail them to the giver or the recipient. Gift cards can be redeemed at the farm or the farmers market.
